BBC Radio 3 & BASCA conference on Diversity in Composition

I was invited to speak on a panel about diversity and inclusion in composition. The conference was held at RNCM and hosted by the BBC and BASCA. The panel was chaired by Tom Service and the other contributors were Susanna Eastburn (chief executive of Sound and Music), Rob Adideran (executive director London Music Masters) and Jeffrey Mumford (composer). It was a lively discussion with lots of really important issues coming to the fore and I felt very glad to have been a contributor.

The discussion was broadcast on BBC Radio 3 and you can listen to it here
